Jared Fogle, the former Subway spokesman, is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges, WXIN - Indianapolis reports. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has scheduled a press conference for Wednesday afternoon to discuss a plea deal that has been reached and the charges against Fogle.

According to FBI subpoenas viewed by Business Insider, former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle allegedly paid a 16-year-old girl $100 for sex.

Federal and state agents raided the home of Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday as part of a child pornography investigation. Fogle lives in Zionsville, a suburb of Indianapolis.
