Despite all of the success that PJ Fleck and the Western Michigan University Broncos have enjoyed this season including the MAC Championship and an invite to the Cotton Bowl, these commentators say that Fleck is not ready for "Big Boy Football."

The commentary comes from Nashville based sports talkers Austin Stanley and Zach Bingham. In a recent edition of their 'Extra Point' video blog, they say that the reason Fleck passed on, or was passed over for, several high profile jobs was due to his inexperience.

Why were other major programs not ready to take a chance to Fleck the way WMU did? Stanley and Bingham dismiss Fleck as a coach who just "spits cliches and create mantras."

They speculate, however, that with a Cotton Bowl win, Fleck will be a top pick for 2017 coaching vacancies.

Fleck may well end up rewarded by his current school with a contract extension that pushes his salary into seven figures.
