Miami Face-Eating Victim “Happy & Healthy” [VIDEO]

It's been almost a year (05/26/12) since a naked man whacked out of his mind attacked a homeless guy on the streets of Miami and tried to eat his face.

Police shot and killed the face eater, 31-year-old Rudy Eugene.  The homeless guy, 65-year-old Ronald Poppo, survived but needed multiple surgeries and is now blind and missing most of his nose.  He's living in a long-term care facility and doctors say he is "happy and healthy."

This video was posted on May 21st and shows that Ronald is making the best of his horrific situation.  He is shown strumming a guitar and says he is thankful for the help he's received in the community.
