Judas Priest have just announced a 2014 U.S. tour! For the last two years, fans have been unsure if Priest would ever hit the road for a comprehensive string of dates, but in October and November, the iconic heavy metallers will bring the 'Redeemer of Souls Tour 2014' throughout the United States with Steel Panther acting as support.

Since introducing guitarist Richie Faulkner into the picture, Judas Priest have seemed truly refreshed. This momentum brought Priest to record the epic 'Redeemer of Souls' album (due July 8), its 17th full-length and a true career resurgence. The band has already released a cluster of cuts from the record, along with short clips of additional tracks.

"What we were trying to explain as we moved along was, that we will be going out again but it won’t be these two-year treks around the world that naturally become a little bit more challenging when you get to a certain stage in your life," Priest singer Rob Halford recently told Full Metal Jackie in an exclusive interview. "We never want to compromise ourselves, we want to be able to go out onstage, wherever it might be on the planet and give you everything we’ve got. If there’s a way of kind of readjusting the touring scheduling where we can do that, and go in the ring and give you everything, then that’s what we intend to do."

Opening for Priest will be the always entertaining Steel Panther. Check out Judas Priest's fall U.S. tour dates below! See you in the pit!
