A homeless Lawton, Okla., man spent two days stuck in a storm drain after he climbed down there to retrieve a $20 he dropped through the grate.
He told authorities that he had no choice but to go down there after the cash. So, he removed a manhole cover and climbed down to get it.
Once down there, he said he "lost his way" and just had to sit there and hope that someone would come by to rescue him.
After being down there for two days, some kids walking home from school heard him yelling for help, and police and firefighters finally came to rescue him.
Sir, we know you're homeless and all, but if something falls into the sewer, just let it go. It's gone forever.
