Last night was Jay Leno's last episode of "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" after more than two decades as host.

He is handing the the reigns to Jimmy Fallon, who has hosted "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" and is being replaced on that show by "Saturday Night Live" "Weekend Update" anchor Seth Meyers.

Leno hosted "The Tonight Show" for 22 years, saying they were the best years of his life.

He obviously got very emotional during the 3-minute speech at the end of the show which aired on NBC-TV late Thursday night.
