Everyone's favorite mullet-wig wearing, acid washed jean sporting, rock and roll loving hero is back!

Turns out, rumors of a sequel to 2001's Joe Dirt are true!

David Spade returns as lovable idiot, Joe Dirt, who seems to have gotten everything he wanted: He's married to his dream girl, Brandy (Brittany Daniel), with a pack of kids ("We got us a Nascar pit crew!" he exclaims about his triplets), and a trailer to call home.

Then sh** goes crazy by way of a tornado that tears through his trailer park and transports Dirt back to 1965.

Because of course that happens-- and Dirt has to figure out how to get back to his family, which is hard, because he's, you know, not smart-- "I just get stupider!" he yells at one point.

Also-- Christopher Walken appears as a bad guy who says, "Dump his body in the trunk, then dump his crazy hair in a different trunk."

I don't think you need any more reasons to see this movie.

According to BroBible, they're calling it the first ever made-for-digital movie sequel to a major motion picture: Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser premieres online on Crackle on July 16th.
