The New ‘Neighbors 2′ Trailer Is Finally Here [Video]

As one of the best comedies of 2014, Neighbors rightfully earned a sequel. And now, the trailer for Neighbors 2 is finally here.

Seth Rogan, Rose Byrne, and Zac Efron are at it again, but this time, they're teaming up to stop an even greater nuisance: the sorority (or "soroitity", as Rose Byrne's character spells it) next door.

In an effort to sell their home and finally move to quiet suburban life, Mac (Rogen) and Kelly (Byrne) Radner realise that as long as the sorority next door is around, they stand no chance at moving away. Former neighbor and frat-boy Teddy (Efron) is their only hope of driving the sorority sisters out of the neighborhood.
