I love it when houses have design choices that you can just tell the house was built with one specific area in mind, and then everything else was built around it. For this house, it has to be the absolutely awesome watchtower.

It would be one thing if the house just had this little quirk, but what's below the surface would have been a selling point all on its own.

368 Rolling View Drive

Located in Otsego, MI, this unique all-brick home would please one little piggy, especially since he could see any big bad wolf coming using the four-story watchtower. According to the listing, the tower looks out over 7.7 acres of private property. If you're going to have such a tall structure attached to your home, it's essential that the view is exceptional. Thankfully, it is.

There are three bedrooms and five bathrooms (more on this later) and a basement that is the definition of a man cave. This isn't just a basement with a TV mancave, but a meticulously decorated hangout that would give any bar a run for its money. It features a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a minibar, and multiple places to sit. The neon lights throughout really make this feel like a biker bar.

A urinal in the bathroom. It fits the bar decor, but why? The panels along the walls are great, but a urinal just seems slightly unnecessary, especially when there's a regular toilet next to it.

This home, the watchtower, and the urinal could all be yours for $774,900. You can view the entire listing here.
