I have been shooting at the gun range at Barracks 616 for a few months now. Not only do I reccomend them because they are a fantastic place to shoot, but because they have state of the art everything! A few weeks ago I went in and toured the building and had them show me whats up and describe the range. Here's one of the videos I captured that shows the guns Barracks 616 has available for rent!

You may remember back in January when I wrote my resolutions down that one of my big resolutions was to get into guns. I went shooting with a buddy and really enjoyed it. So, I teamed up with Barracks 616 off 28th Street SE and have been going in and learning about different types of guns and how to shoot better. And I've really been enjoying it.

As you may have heard on-air this morning, an Ohio governor is signing a bill to allows people to carry concealed weapons into local bars. Now, is this a good idea? Some of the details on the story are, that if you are carrying a concealed weapon, you are not allowed to drink in these bars. But, since the weapon is concealed, when will the bartender or security remember to check for these weapons?

According to ABC NEWS the father of the toddler left the Glock 9mm on the table unattended. The gun which weighs three pounds when loaded and takes 4.5 to 5.5 pounds of pressure to pull the trigger.  Could the two year old have pulled the trigger...

Clearly the strings section in this band is too afraid to let the rhythm section know they need more practice.
