Brendan was last seen leaving Yakeley Hall on MSU's East Lansing campus just before midnight Friday, Oct 29. It's believed he was walking to a friends dorm.

According to WXYZ, the FBI has joined the investigation of the missing Rochester, Mich. teen. Brendan's family has been searching for him since his disappearance, and helped to organize a volunteer search of about 300 people on campus this past Saturday.

Brendan's aunt, Dawn Brewer tells WXYZ,

He’s a good kid. He’s a sweet kid. Shy, but with a big heart... It just seems like he just disappeared. He left Yakeley Hall and nobody has seen him since, and there hasn't been any information as to where he could possibly be. That’s why we’re searching everywhere.

The family is offering a $5,000 reward for credible information that leads to bringing Brendan home. The reward is managed through Crime Stoppers of Mid-Michigan through the MSU Police and Public Safety toll-free tip line 844-99-MSUPD or tip email at tips@police.msu.edu.

You can also contact Crime Stoppers of Mid-Michigan at 517-483-STOP.

According to a release from MSU Police, anyone who had contact or spoke with Brendan during his visit to the college has been interviewed by police. While police located his vehicle, his cell phone has not been found.

Brendan is described as 5 ’10” and weighing 160 pounds. He last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a black t-shirt, a black Red Wings hat, white converse high-top shoes, and a gold chain.
