New Restaurant Coming to Belknap Lookout in 2018

Signs up at the Gateway at Belknap Apartment Complex announce a new restaurant coming next year. 

I drive by the area often and watched the complex on Coit Ave. NE and Hastings St. NE being built.

The project was proposed a few years back, and last spring the apartments became available for rent. I remember reading that the development would be "mixed-use" - and now we know what else is going in the space!

Signs have been posted on the bottom floor for a new restaurant from Meritage Hospitality Group in 2018.

Meritage Hospitality Group owns Grooked Goose, Twisted Rooster, and Wheelhouse Kitchen and Cocktails, which opened last year in downtown GR.
