The owners of two popular eateries on Bridge St. have expanded with a new restaurant and bar on Grand Rapids west side!

Way back in 2021 we told you that brothers David and Paul Reinert, who own O'Toole's Public House and Butcher's Union, planned to open a full-service restaurant called Gin Gin’s at 345 Summer Ave.

Owners describe it as "stylish and inviting" and "a timeless neighborhood gathering place located on the west side."

The restauranteurs purchased the property, which is minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, on Sept. 6, 2018 for $880,000. Since then they worked to  transform the vacant building into a new dining destination.

In addition to seating for approximately 80 people inside, there's an outdoor beer garden with room for 75 to 80.
