New Coffee Shop Serving Yemeni and Turkish Drinks Opens in Grand Rapids Area
A new place to grab coffee and tasty treats is now open in the Grand Rapids area!
I'm so glad I saw a post about this new coffee shop in the EatGR Facebook group, because I'm rarely in the part of Kentwood where it's opened up, so I might not have ever driven by. In fact, this is the first time I'm hearing about the grocery store where it's located.
Moka Roots coffee is inside Super Green Market at 3321 E Paris Ave SE.
The owners posted to Facebook December 12 that the soft-opening of Moka Roots has begun.
The new coffee shop serves authentic Yemeni coffee and tea, Turkish coffee, espresso, desserts, and more.
Moka Roots' hours are 9a.m. to 9p.m. daily.
I love the look of the inside!
Here's what people are saying so far about Moka Roots on Facebook:
Mirza writes,
It’s great! Highly recommend it. We’ve been in need of a spot like this for a while.
Brian says,
We tried it out… great chai!
Eldar commented,
Great expressos.
Super Green Market looks like a great place to visit as well.
They have a full line of international food, frozen food, and produce. It's also a deli and bakery and they serve fresh pita bread, middle eastern food, Bosnian sweets and more daily.
You'll also find a middle eastern restaurant and a barbershop in the same building.
