Interested in a new career?  Michigan DNR are looking for more conservation officers.

What does a conservation officer for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources do?

First off, they protect the natural resources of the state and ensure recreational safety. They teach hunting education classes, gun safety courses and they enforce laws dealing with fishing, hunting and trapping. They are also fully commissioned state peace officers and provide general law enforcement for the communities they serve.

Michigan DNR Conservation Officers are vital in being first responders when searching for missing people or saving people who are trapped on ice; and they are stationed in every county within the state.
