Time for a brand new Game of the Month from The Gaming Warehouse!

This month, we take a look at a game series that I love from the bottom of my heart. The first game in this series is one of the greatest games of all time, but man, this one is great, but one hell of a difficult game.

The next game of the month is, Mega Man X3 on the Super Nintendo Entertainement System.

When I first popped in this game into my SNES, I recognized all of the usual Mega Man X stuff. Awesome music, stellar gameplay, and your typical level selection.

  • If you're looking for a challenge, Mega Man X3 is a good place to start. It's one of the most difficult Mega Man games I have ever played. Just from finding out who is weak to what is already hard enough, but until you get the Body Armor upgrade, it's best to avoid any gunfire. Your health decreases a TON anytime you get hit! It's crazy!
  • Aside from the difficulty, this game looks like a true 16-Bit experience. The colorful and well designed stages, the cool looking enemies, and everything! It's just a well designed game.
  • One thing you always wanted to do in a Mega Man game was play as Mega Man's buddy Zero. Well in this game, you finally can! You can press the 'Select' button to call in Zero and take control of him. However, if you die as Zero, he will never come back, so make sure you are careful. That Zero Saber is too awesome to lose!

Finally the hardest part of the game? Then ending.

The final form of Sigma I just can't beat. I have tried endless times, but I always end up dying. Maybe one of these days I will try again, but I am gonna need a lot of Surge to deal with that crap.

Mega Man X3 is a hard to find game if you're looking for a hard copy of the game, and does command a high price too! However, you can download this epic game on Nintendo WiiU virtual console for $8.

Check back next month for another Gaming Warehouse Game of the Month!
