Marijuana Delivery Service Expands in Grand Rapids
The first time I talked about this delivery service I said Happy FRYday and indeed it's another Happy FRYday!
A couple months ago, Freddie's Joint, a medical and recreational marijuana service, out of Clio announced they would be delivering to Grand Rapids one day a week and now they've added an extra day. In a press release from the company, they say that beginning Tuesday July 14 and every Tuesday thereafter they'll be making stops in G.R. This will be in addition to Friday's.
The owner of Freddie's said the response from the city has been great thus far but the demand did not meet the needs so they made the decision to expand. Catering to potheads during a pandemic? Yep, I'd say that was a wise decision.
If you're interested you can make your order directly on their website. They offer both recreational and marijuana delivery. They recommend placing an order at least two days ahead. Deliveries are made between 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Orders must be a minimum of $200 and there's no delivery charge. If that sounds like a lot of money, keep in mind Clio is about two hours away so it really is a service. Plus, if you're already a pot smoker you should know ordering $200 worth of weed is not hard to do LOL.
Recently, the city of Grand Rapids approved fast-tracking licenses for recreational pot dispensaries.
