Man Smashes TVs and Windows at Holland Walmart
I have heard of window shopping, but it is simply for looking. A Grand Haven Township man did more than look when he smashed TVs and Windows at a Holland Walmart.
Are Higher Store Prices Causing People To Snap?
I have to admit a simple trip to the grocery store raises my blood pressure every time I check out.

I made a lady laugh the other day at the self-checkout at one of the area grocery stores. Do you know how the self-checkout machine says thank you for shopping? I mumbled thanks for sticking it to me again, I'm only here because Aldi's is closed now. The woman next to me chuckled and said, "Me Too."
The gas prices we have dealt with for years have been difficult enough, but now everything at the grocery store costs more. I'm also noticing smaller portions and fewer items in a package. When prices go up 10 faster than wages I can see how that will stress people out because I am one of them. I'm not mad enough to tear something up, I change my spending habits and where I shop to compensate or do without, but not everyone handles things that way.

Man Smashes TVs and Windows at Holland Walmart
I'm not sure if the man who smashed TVs and windows at a Holland Walmart did it because of the high prices but he was pissed about something.
Maybe the man's college basketball bracket fell apart and so did he but whatever it was is going to cost him a fortune trying to get out of this mess.
According to WZZM, a 25-year-old Grand Haven Township man is currently sitting in jail awaiting charges after allegedly destroying 6 flat-screen TVs and at least 17 glass doors. The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Friday during peak shopping hours when the store was filled with customers of all ages.
The man allegedly walked into the Walmart and started smashing TVs then got hold of a metal pole and started striking merchandise off the shelves. He then moved to busting out glass display cases, coolers, and glass door windows.

Fortunately, no customers or employees were hurt during the man's rampage. There is still no word on why the man trashed the Walmart.
