The Michigan housing market this summer has been on the unique side. It's not often all of Hell is for sale, or an 1848 grist mill turned home with a personal waterfall that was a favorite of Gerald R. Ford himself. But this latest listing takes the cake. While the grist mill is a unique renovation, one of Kalamazoo's most famous homes has been put on the market.
