Fans of Sprinkles Donuts in Holland are either going to have to drive a little further or find a new favorite spot after the franchise announced that its Holland location has closed for good.

In a Facebook post on December 23, Sprinkles announced that the last day the Holland location was open was December 21.

Sprinkles Donuts Closes Holland Location

The Holland store, located on 8th St. in downtown Holland, opened in June of 2024. Just eighteen months later, the owners announced their closure.

In their Facebook post announcing the closure, Sprinkles said that this is the first time that they have ever closed a location. They credited the closure to "sustained slow sales."

They also expressed their thanks to the Holland community, saying,

From helping you find that perfect donut to celebrating milestones together, you've made this space truly special. We've watched families gather, friendships form, and daily routines brighten because of the connections we've built here. While change is never easy, we are immensely grateful for the loyalty, support, and kindness our customers have shown us.

Sprinkles Donuts Locations in West Michigan

While the Holland store has officially closed, there are still several other Sprinkles Donuts Shops sprinkled throughout West Michigan. Those locations are:

  • Allendale (11145 68th Ave., Suite A)
  • Caledonia (9365 Cherry Valley Ave. SE)
  • Hudsonville (6450 28th Ave.)
  • Grand Rapids (1237 Leonard St. NE)
  • Norton Shores (4161 Grand Haven Rd.)
  • Rockford (8467 Algoma Ave. NE)
