Is Three-Boob Girl Fake? Proof of Fake Jasmine Tridevil’s Elaborate Hoax [Video]

On Tuesday, Free Beer and Hot Wings introduced us to Jasmine Tridevil, the 21-year-old Florida woman who claimed to have undergone a $20,000 plastic surgery procedure to add a third breast to her body.

Why? Well, she's just so darn sick of getting all this attention from men. She wanted to make herself unattractive and thought an extra boob would do the trick. Also: The girl wanted a reality show.

As you may have guessed, Jasmine is a fake and the whole thing is a hoax. However, the real story behind the whole thing is pretty nuts too. 

(Well, at this point, it seems like the "real story." But honestly, if you can't believe in a girl with three boobs, what can you believe in???)

Scam Uncovered

New York Magazine broke the news that Ms. Tridevil's surgery was a ruse with a report Tuesday morning.

Snopes.com also dug around. They found photos from a Florida Modeling Network page belonging to someone named Alisha Jasmine Hessler, who strongly resembled the pics that were circulating of of Jasmine Tridevil.

In addition, the profile pictures on Hessler's YouTube page looked a lot like Tridevil. Plus the domain name JasmineTriDevil.com is registered to an Alisha Hessler.

So, Hessler is Tridevil and Tridevil is Hessler!

Except in this, case Hessler is a massage therapist who only has two boobs.

A Trail of Fabrications

How do we know she didn't just lie about her name, but also about the surgery as well?

Well, as Snopes points out:

As Jasmine Tridevil's claims about a third breast circulated the social web, most information reported came directly from the subject herself without any external confirmation. Tridevil's Facebook page and YouTube account were the primary sources for verification, despite the fact that both hosted only self-taken videos and photos (and none actually shows the breast in question without a covering of clothing)."

And there is proof that Hessler had lied before. In 2013 she was arrested for fraudulent use of personal information.

There was also this. Tampa's WTSP-TV 10 News got an incident report from Tampa International Airport, where earlier this month Tridevil (Hessler) reported her baggage had been stolen. Eventually the luggage was found and two people were arrested for stealing several bags from baggage claim.

A receipt was printed when Tridevil (Hessler) went to pick up her belongings. Take a gander at that last item there.

Well. Case closed.

As Free Beer and Hot Wings speculated, Jimmy Kimmel could be behind this hoax too just like last year's "Twerk Fail"--  "3 breast prosthesis" receipt from Tampa International Airport and all.
