Great Summer Dish? Enter to Get On The LMCU Ballpark Menu
Do you make an incredible dish all your friends and family rave about that would go well with a baseball game? Enter to get your dish on the menu at LMCU Ballpark.
Food at Baseball Ballparks
Baseball was invented by Abner Doubleday in Cooperstown, New York in 1839 and became America's pastime but a lot has changed over the years from the game to the food sold at the ballparks.
From the early days of baseball to today, it was peanuts that were on the menu. Raw, roasted, shelled, or unshelled has been a mainstay for fans since day one.
It wasn't until the 1890s that hot dogs started slowly getting introduced to ballparks and like peanuts has become a mainstay at baseball games ever since.
Hot dogs have changed and in some ballparks how you get your hot dog has changed too.
The menu items have come a long way at baseball parks. Crazy varieties of hamburgers like donut burgers have been introduced, nachos, brisket-topped tots, pizza cupcakes, fried pickles, and I'm not even scratching the surface with the menu options of today's ballparks.
The menu items at ballparks seem to be endless and yet every year something new is created and becomes the next craze to eat while watching a baseball game. What if I told you, that your home invention could wind up on the menu at LMCU ballpark?
