Star Wars is one of the biggest phenomenons of all time. I fell for it at a very young age and have loved the movies dearly my entire life, as I am sure much of you have. There were toys, posters, t-shirts, etc. Pretty much everything was touched with the Star Wars bug, including video games! However, they didn't get really good until the SNES era.

What: You play as either Luke, Chewbacca, Han Solo, or whatever. Battle through scenes in Star Wars: A New Hope! Learn the ways of the force and defeat the evil Empire!

Why: We all know the storyline of the ORIGINAL Star Wars (don't give me that prequel crap), so you are basically playing through that story line, except with a lot of extra stuff. If you think about it, you need to make those familiar areas more exciting, so add a bunch of stuff, and it was great!

I will say though, the Sandcrawler level is just the bane of my existence. It's not that it's really difficult to get through, it's just a really annoying level. Honestly, reach right before the ending boss and watch yourself take this massive pitfall that looks like you are good, but unless you jump right away, you are dead! Then you reach the main boss, Lava Beast Jawenko...this guy sucks. Then after you beat him, you must jump accuratly, or you'll die and do it all over again!

DAMN YOU LAVA BEAST JAWENKO!

Anyway, this game is full of challenge and fun. Plus the soundtrack sounds amazing for a video game cartridge. The game can get frustrating at times, but once you go through it a couple times, you'll find your way out.
