Free Beer & Hot Wings: What is This Obviously Fake Hoverboard Video Viral Marketing For? [Video]

For all of the people that sent us videos saying "hoverboards are finally real!!!:" They're not. And you're stupid.

A video posted a few days ago shows Christopher Lloyd, who played "Doc" Emmitt Brown in "The Back to the Future" movies franchise, pulling up in a DeLorean and presenting a small crowd with a hoverboard.

A hoverboard is a futuristic mode of transportation that is basically a floating skateboard, minus the wheels.

The video goes on to show some celebrities -- including Tony Hawk and Terrell Owens -- trying out the hoverboard and giving testimonials.

Now, obviously, hoverboards aren't real.

But what is HUVr Tech? What is this really viral marketing for?
