Foo Fighters Postpone Select Dates on Van Tour 2020
Foo Fighters are the latest to announce they'll be rescheduling tour dates to combat the spread of COVID-19. The news comes as cities across the U.S. are announcing restrictions on large gatherings, some ordering the closure of restaurants and businesses.
Here in Michigan, Governer Whitmer has issued a ban on gatherings of over 250 people through April 5th. Monday, March 16, all bars and restaurants are ordered to close as of 3p.m. and move to take-out or delivery only options.
Dave Grohl shared a statement to fans Monday morning saying the April dates of their Van Tour 2020 have been postponed and information on the May shows will be forthcoming.
Foo Fighters are scheduled to play in Grand Rapids at Van Andel Arena May 12, 2020.
