Now, that's some balls.

First, let's discuss how this dude from Pennsylvania, Logan Shaulis, is 19 years old. So not only was he drinking underage, he really decided to just say "F it" and set up his own DUI check point.

WGN- TV Chicago reports that Shaulis set up a fake drunk-driving check point, complete with road flares., and pretended to be a Pennsylvania State Trooper.

The real police say that Shaulis was actually the one intoxicated.

Around 4 a.m. this past Saturday, Shaulis parked his car diagonally across state Route 601 and set up road flares.

Someone who was stopped by him says Shaulis claimed to be a trooper and asked to see I.D., registration, and insurance.

When legit cops showed up, police say Shaulis tried to pass off a BB gun to a passenger in one of the cars he stopped, saying, "I can't get caught with this."

Shaulis was taken into custody and faces charges of drunken driving, impersonating a public servant and unlawful restraint.

Hmmm. Maybe he was looking for other drunk bros to come party with him and somehow he thought the only way was to set set up a fake DUI checkpoint?

Or maybe he was just really, really wasted.
