Police are meant to protect and serve the public, which makes it especially disturbing when one is accused of leading a double life as a serial rapist.

Police officers complete extensive training, usually including a 5–6 month academy focused on academics, physical fitness, and tactical skills, followed by hands-on field training.
After graduating from the academy, officers are sworn in as law enforcement professionals tasked with protecting life and property, maintaining public order, enforcing laws, and conducting investigations. They patrol assigned areas, respond to emergencies, make arrests, and testify in court. Their responsibilities also include writing detailed reports, directing traffic, and engaging with the community.
Police officers have specialized training, technical expertise, and knowledge of investigative procedures, such as search warrants, surveillance, and legal exceptions, which, if misused, could be exploited to commit misconduct and potentially avoid detection.
