CMU Shooting Suspect to See Judge Today
James Eric Davis Jr., the teenager accused of shooting his parents March 2nd at Central Michigan University will see the judge some time today.
Davis, spent the weekend in a hospital for observation after being captured Saturday morning. His bails is set at $3 Million.
Davis, who had previously been treated in a hospital for erratic behavior now faces two counts of murder for the deaths of his father James Eric Davis Sr. and mother Diva Davis.
Friday in Chicago, a wake will be held for his parents and the funeral will be Saturday.
