If you're in for a thrill or whether coasters make you nervous, it's something to keep in mind if you plan on heading to an amusement park this summer.

Reader's Digest compiled a list of "6 Scariest Roller Coasters in America" and the Steel Vengence at Cedar Point was lucky (I think...?) enough to land a spot. If you haven't ridden the Steel Vengeance yet (formerly Mean Streak), it's one of CP's newer coasters that debuted just this past May. According to Cedar Point's website, this coaster is a "hyper-hybrid" comprised of steel built on wood - the first of its kind to stand over 200 feet. However, Reader's Digest says what sets this coaster apart is its path.

Standing 205 feet tall and reaching speeds of 74 mph, it features a 90-degree drop, almost 30 seconds of airtime (more than any other coaster in the world), and four head-over-boots inversions. In other words, ride this one before lunch, not after.

Even the trailer (below) of the backstory gives it an "on-the-edge-of-your-seat" vibe.

The Steel Vengeance is also listed as one of the Fast Lane Plus coasters. So not only do you get to cut the regular line but you also get to ride it over and over - as much as you want... that is if it's not too scary ;-)

You can see the rest of the scariest roller coasters list here.
