Brann’s Steakhouse and McDuff’s Bar and Grille Rule Supreme at King of the Wing

Wing experts in Grand Rapids gathered at John Ball Park last Saturday (May 18) and sampled from some of the best West Michigan had to offer. There were plenty of cooked poultry and Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy to be consumed. Check out our photo gallery below.

Big Moe’s BBQ & Catering, Brann’s Steakhouse & Sports Bar, Buffalo Wild Wings, Crooked Goose, FireRock Grille, FooDesign by Chef Brech, McDuff’s Bar & Grille and Quick Wings competed for both the People's Choice award and Judges' Choice trophy. Our guest judges were WZZM 13's Valerie Lego, MLive's Todd Chance, Chef Tommy FitzGerald and host of Food Network's Ice Brigade Randy Finch.

Brann's came out victorious in the Judges' category while Quick Wings and McDuff's came in second and third, respectively. McDuff's were double winners, taking home the People's Choice hardware. Brann's also enjoyed multiple wins by taking second and FireRock Grille placed third in votes.
