Body Found Outside Plainfield Ave. Home

A body was found Wednesday morning on Grand Rapids' northeast side.

WZZM-13 reports police at are the scene near a residence by Plainfield Avenue and Hanover Street.

According to Fox 17, the deceased is a man in his 40s.

Police are releasing few details, but did say the man was known to police as having a problem with alcohol addiction. Police said the man likely died of natural causes, and was known to visit the home where he was found.
