Why Is This Woman Chewing On A Miniature Horse?!

A Jacksboro, Tennessee woman was charged with public intoxication after being found chewing on a miniature horse's mane while shirtless, claiming that “the horses hair is made of Laffy Taffy and Airhead candy.”

ABC 6 reports that Cynthia Teeple was spotted at a home getting friendly(?) with the miniature horse back in August.

In addition to chewing on the horse hair, Teeple was also observed eating grass and dirt from the horse corral.

ABC 6 says that Teeple told police that she didn't know where she was and admitted that she had taken meth the previous day.
