Some Idiot Decided to Ride a Horse Down the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago

A guy decided to ride a horse on the Dan Ryan expressway, which led to a police chase going about 13 mph.

I guess the guy isn't just "some idiot", he is none other than the famous(?) Dreadhead Cowboy Adam Hollingsworth, according to ABC 7 Chicago.

His leisurely trot down the Dan Ryan during rush hour traffic is definitely going to cost him, the report from ABC 7 says that Hollingsworth was arrested and charged with reckless conduct, disobeying a police officer and trespassing on the expressway.
