Smoke signals White Cloud say, there is an open recreational marijuana dispensary in Michigan.

According to WZZM, Skymint opened its doors for business on Thursday to be the first recreational marijuana dispensary on 194 N. Charles St.

This is Skymint's second operation that sells recreational marijuana, there first being in Ann Arbor that opened in January. Skymint is not to new to weed biz already having medicinal operations in Newaygo and Nunica.

If you are looking for variety, Skymint offers a host of products including a large variety of buds to choose from, edibles, pre-rolls, liquids and vapes. Plus they have many accessories to choose from as well.

Skymint's hours are Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Recreational marijuana has already seen $17 million in sales in the state of Michigan since becoming legal.

So far as of February 7th, there are 76 licenses that have put in to use in the state. Here is a break down of what has been opened up so far:

  • 43 marijuana stores
  • 17 class C marijuana grower licenses for 9 different companies
  • 1 class B marijuana grower license
  • 7 processors
  • 4 secure transporters
  • 3 marijuana event organizers
  • 1 marijuana safety compliance facility
