West Michigan Toddler and Husky Howl-Off Goes Viral

A Walker, Mich. boy and his dog have gone viral in an adorable video. The pair are putting out their best howls, seeing who's got the better pipes!

Fox 17 reports that mom Alix Smith caught the sweet moment on video last week between her 2 year-old son, Braxton, and 6-year-old husky, Boston.

Alix told Fox 17,

As he started to do it, I said, this is funny, and I started to record it. And they just kept doing it...I woke up the next day, and it had 20,000 views.”

The Facebook video is now over 5 million views!

The Walker mom says she's getting messages from viewers as far away as China and the Philippines:

“I think it’s awesome...  because I think there’s just so much going on with coronavirus, politics and everything. So for everyone to get a smile and laugh looking at my dog and son, I’m totally okay with that. A little bit of happiness and cheer to the world."
