There are two things I've noticed about Grand Rapids since moving here. A lot of people like to exercise, and they also love to drink beer. It IS Beer City USA, so this makes sense. And now, there's a new fitness craze coming out of Germany, and working it's way across the world. And it needs to come to Grand Rapids.

Grand Rapids has made another list! Recently, GR has been named the hottest real estate market to watch and the second best city in the U.S. in which to start a business; now Grand Rapids is ranking high in fitness.

Maybe there’s something to the typical New Year’s resolution to work out thing. I have never been big on "working out" I mean I run a LOT but to me, running and working out can be two different things!
