BB-8

BB-8 has entertained and inspired many people since his debut in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Reggie Watts, the bandleader for The Late Late Show With James Corden, is clearly one such fan. The astromech droid and Watts teamed up on air for a truly awesome performance.

Everyone's favorite droid made his Oscar debut last night with C3PO and R2D2 to pay tribute to composer John Williams. I was not invited to be his date, and I'm quite bitter about it. My BFF BB-8 didn't even tell me that he was going to be there! What kind of a friend does that?

Groundhogs are completely overrated. A few see their shadow, and boom, done for the year. But hedgehogs gotta go fast year-round, so in honor of their work, February 2nd is also officially Hedgehog Day.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens been a tremendous success partly due to the popularity of BB-8, although some still favor R2-D2. Lucky for us, BB-8 and R2-D2 are together again in a new buddy sitcom named My Two Droids.

Although the original Star Wars Holiday Special was painfully awful (the prequels are better, let's put it at that), Funny or Die's new reboot/spoof of the Holiday Special features everything great about the new Star Wars, namely BB-8.
