On Tuesday night, Trapt rolled into Grand Rapids with Sons of Texas, Guns Out at Sundown, Poynte, and Coldville! It was a great show at The Stache, and Sons of Texas really kicked ass right before Trapt hit the stage.

Take southern rock, metal, great guitar playing, and early melodic Phil Anselmo-style singing, and you've got a cool band called Sons of Texas!

You've probably heard their song, 'Baptized in the Rio Grande' here on GRD, and now you can check out another song from the album above. This is a fun one called 'Texas Trim', and wraps up the album 'Baptized in the Rio Grande'. It also was the close for their set, which came way too quickly for everyone in the crowd.

Great band, and if you don't have their album, check it out, and pick it up.
