PSA: Don’t Park Your Cars On Top Of Dry Leaf Piles

Either don't park on top of dry leaf piles or be prepared with some marshmallows and weenies for the inevitable bonfire that can ensue! 

This warning comes after two vehicles in St. Louis have been declared a total loss after they parked on top of leaf piles!

No, the leaves were not already burning when they parked there but because dry leaves are so flammable, anything from the car that could ignite them does and any kinds of flames spell disaster when underneath a car!

People are asking that the city schedule more leaf pickups but with winter coming, the city is just asking people listen, not be stupid, and just not park on the leaves.

So take this warning, everyone! Don't be surprised if you park on leaves and come out to a crispy car later!
