
Practical to Have Public Transit Between Michigan State Parks?
When most people think of public transportation by bus, it usually concerns a city. Someone has suggested a public bus system for Michigan State Parks.

Cities like Detroit offer a bus system and the people mover, while New York City have a bus system, subways, and a train system. Some cities, like San Francisco, offer bus and trolley systems.
I haven't seen a public transportation system in rural areas. The only bus system I see in rural areas is one for senior citizens who can no longer drive, but those are not public transportation and are privately owned.

Recently, on the Michigan Reddit page, a suggestion was made that Michigan adopt a state park and National Parks public bus system. Let's find out what Michiganders had to say about that.

A bus system from Grand Rapids to Holland and Grand Haven beaches would be cool.
I have a feeling the idea will be flushed down the toilet. I don't see Michigan adding anything this complicated for its parks system, especially with the loss of park permits for cars.
