Police Search for Wanted Man in Fremont, Advise Residents to Lock Doors
UPDATE 1:03p.m. : Police say they have captured the escaped inmate. Davis was taken to the hospital after suffering a seize. From there, he fled, leading police on a several-hour chase. Davis was brought into custody shortly before 1p.m., WZZM-13 reports.
Police are searching for a wanted man who was last seen near Spectrum Health Gerber Hospital in Fremont just before 9a.m., WZZM-13 reports.
Ian Riley-Jackson Davis is described as 32-years-old, 6-feet tall and 200 pounds, with a slender build, black hair, and green eyes.
Davis has tattoos on his right arm and both calves. He was last seen wearing orange jumpsuit pants and no shirt.
Residents are advised to lock cars and homes. Police say that Davis should not be approached. Anyone who spots him should call 911.
