Pantera Reunion

Last year, band members Phil Anselmo (vocals) and Rex Brown (bass) announced they'd be joining up with Zakk Wylde (guitar) and Charlie Benante (drums) for a Pantera reunion tour.

Zak Wylde recently talked with Loudwire about what a joy it's been playing in "the Pantera celebration," as he lovingly referred to it.

"We're having a blast celebrating the mountains that Pantera conquered," he said. "Celebrating Dime and Vinnie and Phil and Rex and everything they created."

According to Billboard, Pantera's current lineup and the tour were given a green light by the estates of the band’s founders, Vincent “Vinnie Paul” Abbott and “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott.
