Triumph Reunites

Canadian rock band Triumph officially announced their reunion on December 9, 2025, marking their full-scale return with their first major North American tour in more than 30 years.

The idea for their 50th-anniversary tour really took shape after a surprise, one-off, three-song performance on June 6, 2025, at the Rogers Festival in Edmonton, just before Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final. Fans went wild, and with “Lay It on the Line” also getting a boost during the NHL playoffs, original members Rik Emmett and Gil Moore decided it was time to bring back the Rock & Roll Machine for a full tour.

For the tour, Rik Emmett and Gil Moore brought in a few familiar faces to round out the lineup. Original bassist and keyboardist Mike Levine was unable to commit to the full tour, so they added Phil X on guitar (Bon Jovi), Todd Kerns on bass (Slash), and Brent Fitz on drums (Slash).
