I think we all needed yesterday to catch up on life.

We hadn't done laundry since we were in Los Angeles and our home-stay's washer and dryer here in Idaho Falls, Idasho, has been running nonstop for over 24 hours. Home-stay is the term we've adopted for the families who let us stay with them while we're in their town.

Home-stays are absolute saints, and they save our asses out here. We take the gesture very seriously and always make sure to have respect everyone's home like it's our own.

Our current host made an amazing vegan lasagna last night for dinner.

We haven't had very good cell service here in Idaho falls which has made calls, texts, and emails really difficult. Cell service is a huge part of our lives and our business.

We'd never make it as an Amish band! Ha ha! I got a lot of guitar homework done yesterday. I had to brush up on a few parts of the new songs and run through them with a metronome in my ear.

We do this when we work on new songs to get the transitions from part to part feeling good. Dean and I also took some time to sing through harmonies.

The band members were up at 5:30 this morning for radio at K-BEAR in Idaho Falls. We had a great time with the morning show host, Piper.

We performed "On My Knees" and "Shopping for a Savior." We came back to the home we're staying at and everyone went back to sleep for a little bit before getting up again to tackle the day.

We're heading to DB's to load in at 3 p.m.

After the show, we'll be driving over night again to Salt Lake City for morning radio at 9 a.m.

Chip has been working on a new episode of his YouTube series "Chip Clips." They are bits of video he puts together from backstage footage he takes. They're always really funny.

I feel like a real loser for not taking any pictures over the last 24 hours. Oops. I'll get better at that, I promise. I hope all the Wayland Warriors are healthy, happy, staying warm, or keeping cool depending on where you're at in the world. Thank you all for your support!!
