Nancy Cartwright Surprises A Student Selling Candy Bars With Her Bart Simpson Voice

Nancy Cartwright is the voice of Bart Simpson.  And recently, Cartwright was out and about and came across a kid selling candy bars for a school fundraiser.  She decided to surprise the middle-schooler why whipping out her Bart Simpson voice while talking to him.  Safe to say that the kid was pretty shocked that he was talking to Bart Simpson him(her)self!

Something about this is a bit weird, though.  Does it seem a little needy on Cartwright's part?  Why would she record and post this interaction?  And at this point, you're taking a pretty big gamble in assuming that kids are still watching The Simpsons.

But maybe that's just us...
