Today on Segment 16, the guys check out a news story about Muskegon's Parade of Messed Up Homes. That's probably not the official name, but they're all houses up for grabs that could use a little (or a lot) of work.

If you're looking for a preowned home with some potential, you should check out these homes. Don't think you're going to be able to buy a bunch and flip them, but they have a few requirements:

• You can't have outstanding taxes.
• You must bring the home up to occupancy within one year.
• They can't be resold for three years.
