Here's a tip: when giving the police a fake name, make sure the fake name you give them doesn't belong to someone in deeper doo doo than you.

According to the Argus Press in Owosso, a Flint man was pulled over by the police in Corunna , and in an attempt to elude responsibility, he decided he would give them the name of someone he knew and didn't like so that guy would get in trouble.

Bad move. The name of the other guy was put into the system, and came back with several warrants for his arrest. So the police took him downtown.

Judge Matthew Stewart says it's "humorous" although not for Wilson.

Wilson's lawyer attributed his client's troubles to alcohol and drug abuse. Wilson apologized in court.
