Mario Chippen had walked off his job at an Amazon distribution center near Detroit on Wednesday when he was asked by a reporter why. The answer probably made her wish she hadn't asked.

The workers at the Romulus distribution center had walked off to protest conditions at the center, which packages and ships out Amazon orders.

Chippen was interviewed by Kim Russell of WXYZ News in Detroit, and he was brutally honest about he considers essential in the current coronavirus lockdown.

“Dildos are not essential items,” Chippen told her. “Books? For kids, yes. But dildos? No!”

The video has since gone viral.
