Metalhead Ned Survives The Sickness

If you were listening this weekend to WGRD, you heard a void. A voice that you normally hear was missing from the airwaves during the time of Saturday 7 to midnight and Sunday 10 to 3. Where was Metalhead Ned?

Sick as a dog, but he's better now.

It was a very rough week when it came to my health. I got hit hard with a sickness that seems like everyone had during this past week. I had a really bad cough, fevers up the a**, fatigue that forced me to not move a muscle, etc. It was just a bad week for my health!

I medicated, drank water/Gatorade, drank tea, and did everything in the book to feel better, but most of it didn't even work. It was just a sickness that really didn't want to leave. I had every symptom that the 'Flu' is considered, but according to my doctor, I didn't have the flu. Honestly, I think I was mis-diagnosed, but that's just my belief on that.

I can't tell you how many episodes of Family Guy, Tosh. O, and American Pickers I watched, but I know it was well over 24 hours. I didn't have any energy to play video games, so I laid on my couch, sweating bullets from fevers.

I'm finally starting to feel better thanks to some antibiotics that were prescribed to me, but that was a rough week. Thankfully it went before Christmas, that is always a busy day.
