Unique 40-Frame Bowling Event in Hastings Raising Money for ASPCA
You can have some fun bowling on Sunday and help out animals in need here in West Michigan.

George Tugen is hosting a charity 40-Frame bowling event to raise money for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
What Is A 40-Frame Bowling Event
I've never heard of a 40-frame bowling event before.
Turns out a 40-frame bowling event (often called “The Forty Frame Game”) is a special singles tournament format where you bowl one long game made up of 40 consecutive frames instead of the usual 10.
If you would like to take part in the fun, it’s happening on Sunday, March 1, at 1:00 PM at Hastings Bowl & Lounge.
George Tugen shared with Fox 17 why he's trying to be a voice for these animals.
"We've all seen those animals' pictures on TV, and they just break your heart. I've had two rescue dogs myself. I just had to put a third one down. It's tough. But you know what? It's a lot tougher for them when they're out there on the end of a chain, and nobody's around, they, they have no, they can't, they can't say anything for themselves."
